Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of the site to check your orders status. Our system will send you an automated e-mail with your order status upon shipping.
How do I change or cancel my order?
  Due to the speed with which we process our orders, your order is often shipped within minutes of it being placed. There is a very small chance that your order can be intercepted prior to it leaving our warehouse.  Please create a Service Ticket and include your name, order number, and your change request.  We will do everything we can to handle your request. However once your item leaves our warehouse, it CAN NOT be changed, modified or cancelled in any way.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of the site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of the site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. Please do keep in mind that we ship from 9 warehouses and your order may ship from one or more locations. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please create a Service Ticket for assistance.
