Claims Process:Should you need to file a coverage claim on your product, simply visit the URL listed in your e-mail to file your claim, or call the Toll Free Claims Hotline. Upon validation of your claim, a replacement product or a check for the original purchase price of the covered product will be sent to you usually within 5 to 10 business days. That's it! No muss!
