How do I return an item?

Due to the insanely low prices that we offer, no returns are accepted for buyer's remorse. If you are unsatisfied with your item, sell it on Ebay. Most of our products have a manufacturers warranty, and we strongly urge you to call the manufacturer of the product you bought. You will likely get a replacement or repair of the item for new model or better item from them.

If we still haven't discouraged you from returning your item, create an RMA ticket with your order number, the name of the product you would like returned, and a detailed description of the issue with the item. We will respond with an RMA # by the end of the third business day. Because we sell our items so fast, we are not likely to have a replacement in stock, you should be prepared for a refund if we do not have a replacement item in stock for you. You will have 7 days upon receipt of your item to request an RMA...  After that, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

For any item that is a "MYSTERY ITEM"  "FREEBIE" and/or a "Cul-De-Sack" these items are not returnable or refundable for any reason whatsoever.

Please note that return freight is YOUR responsibility. You will receive a refund of the purchase price of the product.  However shipping charges are NEVER refundable. We do understand that this may be a bit annoying to some people, however, instead of expensive freight charges on every order, we offer deeply discounted freight on each order.
